Premium Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions unlock seller tools only — more listings, featured slots, analytics, and visibility. They do NOT provide transaction insurance, escrow, buyer protection, or 0% commission changes (sales remain 0% commission on all plans).
1. Plans & Pricing
Free Plan — $0
Up to 5 active listings · 5 images per listing · 0% sales commission
Premium Monthly — $9.99/month
Up to 50 active listings · 3 featured slots · 10 images per listing · search boost · analytics
Premium Yearly — $99.99/year
Unlimited active listings · 5 featured slots · 15 images per listing · highest search boost
Exact feature limits may be updated; material changes receive at least 30 days notice via email or in-app notice.
2. Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed through our payment partner (Paddle) on a recurring basis
- Monthly plans renew every 30 days; yearly plans renew every 12 months unless cancelled
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel
- Failed payments may downgrade your account to Free until resolved
- Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout
3. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from Seller → Premium or by emailing support@zerofee.gg. Cancellation stops future billing. You keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period, then your account reverts to Free limits. Excess listings may be paused — not deleted — until within Free limits.
4. Refunds (7-Day Guarantee)
Full refund within 7 calendar days of first purchase or upgrade. Email support@zerofee.gg with subject "Premium Refund Request", your account email, and purchase date.
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- After 7 days, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period
- Duplicate charges caused by platform error are refunded in full
- Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in account suspension

5. What Premium Does NOT Include
- Guaranteed sales, traffic, or search placement results
- Transaction insurance, escrow, or dispute resolution for P2P deals
- Protection against game publisher bans or account restrictions
- Legal advice or tax compliance services
- Immunity from suspension if you violate platform policies
6. Account Actions
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or policy violations may result in immediate Premium revocation without refund. ZeroFee.gg's decision on billing disputes tied to abuse is final.
