Dispute Resolution

Last updated: June 2026 | Users Resolve Directly

ZeroFee.gg is a neutral platform. We do NOT mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between users. All disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved. We provide communication tools and a reporting system only.

1. Platform Neutrality

ZeroFee.gg maintains strict neutrality:

  • We do NOT take sides in buyer-seller disputes
  • We do NOT mediate, arbitrate, or judge disputes
  • We do NOT force refunds, deliveries, or compensation
  • We do NOT have access to payment transactions or item delivery
  • We do NOT verify claims made by either party

Our role is limited to:

  • Providing chat/messaging with automated risk warnings for buyers
  • Allowing users to report suspicious behavior with screenshot evidence
  • Tracking order status (including Disputed) inside chat with notifications
  • Suspending or banning accounts that violate policies
  • Preserving chat logs for potential legal proceedings

See Platform Safety Systems for a full list of buyer protection tools. They inform and warn — they do not arbitrate P2P payment disputes.

2. Step 1: Direct Communication

Before any escalation, parties MUST attempt direct resolution:

1

Contact Other Party

Use platform chat to explain the issue clearly and propose a solution.

2

Provide Evidence

Share screenshots, order details, and relevant documentation through chat.

3

Wait 48 Hours

Allow reasonable time for response before taking further action.

3. Step 2: Payment Provider Dispute

If direct communication fails, use your payment provider's dispute process:

PayPal Dispute

  • • Open dispute within 180 days of payment
  • • Provide evidence: chat logs, screenshots, item description
  • • PayPal will review and decide

Credit Card Chargeback

  • • Contact your bank within 60-120 days
  • • Explain the fraud or non-delivery
  • • Bank investigates and may reverse charge

4. Step 3: Report to Platform

While we don't resolve disputes, reporting helps protect other users:

  • Click "Report" on the user's profile or listing
  • Provide detailed description and evidence
  • We will review and may suspend/ban the account
  • We preserve records for potential legal use

Note: Reporting does NOT result in refunds or compensation. It only helps us remove bad actors from the platform.

5. Step 4: Legal Action

For significant fraud or disputes:

  • File a police report with local law enforcement
  • Contact cybercrime authorities if applicable
  • Consider small claims court for recoverable amounts
  • Consult a lawyer for significant losses

ZeroFee.gg will cooperate with valid legal requests and provide preserved records when required by law.

6. Class Action Waiver

By using ZeroFee.gg, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions, collective proceedings, or representative actions against us.

7. Contact

We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably. ZeroFee.gg provides the platform but cannot and will not intervene in P2P transactions.
