Donation Policy

1. Voluntary Nature

Donations are optional. No feature, listing boost, seller badge, or marketplace advantage is sold through donations. Declining to donate does not limit your ability to buy, sell, or use the platform.

2. What Donations Fund

• Servers, hosting, CDN, and database infrastructure
• Security, moderation, and anti-abuse systems
• Search, messaging, and platform development
• Community features such as the optional donor wall

3. Payment Processing

Donations are processed by third-party payment providers (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or crypto where enabled). ZeroFee.gg does not store full payment card numbers. Provider terms apply to each transaction.

Minimum and maximum donation amounts are shown at checkout and may change to prevent abuse.

4. Donor Wall & Privacy

• You may choose a display name and optional avatar for the public donor wall
• Do not submit personal information you do not want displayed publicly
• We may hide or remove wall entries that violate community standards
• Donation amounts may be shown in aggregated or rounded form on the wall

5. Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable because they are immediate voluntary contributions. Exceptions:

• Duplicate charges caused by a verified platform error
• Unauthorized transactions reported within 48 hours with evidence

Contact support@zerofee.gg with transaction details. Chargebacks without prior contact may be treated as payment abuse.

6. No Tax Advice

ZeroFee.gg does not provide tax guidance. Whether donations are tax-deductible depends on your jurisdiction and circumstances. Consult a qualified tax professional.

7. Not a Purchase of Services
