⚠️ NO TRANSACTION REFUNDS: ZeroFee.gg is an open P2P marketplace. We do NOT process, handle, or touch any payments between users. Therefore, we CANNOT and WILL NOT provide refunds for any transactions between buyers and sellers.
1. P2P Transaction Refunds (NONE)
We do NOT provide refunds for:
- Any purchases between buyers and sellers
- Disputes between users
- Lost, stolen, or undelivered items
- Account bans by game publishers after purchase
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Items not as described (dispute between users)
- Any other P2P transaction issue
Why? We never touch the money. All payments go directly from buyer to seller. We have no ability to reverse, refund, or interfere with payments.
2. What To Do Instead
If you have a transaction issue:
For Buyers:
- • Contact your payment provider (PayPal, bank, credit card) for chargeback
- • Report the seller on our platform
- • File a police report for significant fraud
- • Use payment methods with buyer protection in future
For Sellers:
- • Document all delivery proof (screenshots, timestamps)
- • Respond to payment provider disputes with evidence
- • Report fraudulent buyers to platform
3. Premium Subscription Refunds (7-Day)
✅ 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Premium subscriptions are eligible for a FULL refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. This applies to both Monthly and Yearly plans.
How to request a premium refund:
- Email support@zerofee.gg within 7 days of purchase
- Subject: "Premium Refund Request"
- Include your account email and purchase date
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunded to original payment method
After 7 days: Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but no refund for current period.

4. Exceptions (Rare)
We may consider refunds outside policy in exceptional cases:
- Platform error causing duplicate premium charges
- Technical issue preventing premium feature access (verified by our team)
- Account suspended in error by our platform
All exception requests are reviewed case-by-case. Our decision is final.
