Intellectual Property & Game Publisher Policy
Last updated: June 2026 · Protects the platform and rights holders
ZeroFee.gg is an independent technology platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any game publisher, studio, or trademark owner. Game names, logos, and artwork belong to their respective owners.
1. No Affiliation With Game Publishers
References to games, titles, characters, or brands on ZeroFee.gg are used only to help users describe items being offered in peer-to-peer trades. Such references do not imply partnership, licensing, or approval by the rights holder.
Users — not ZeroFee.gg — are solely responsible for ensuring their listings comply with each game's terms of service, end-user license agreements, and applicable law.
2. User Responsibility for Listings
- You may only list items you lawfully own or have permission to transfer
- You must not misrepresent affiliation with any game company or brand
- You must not use official logos, trademarks, or copyrighted art without authorization
- You assume all risk if a publisher restricts, bans, or penalizes an account involved in a trade
- You agree to indemnify ZeroFee.gg for claims arising from your infringing or unauthorized listings
3. Publisher & Rights-Holder Complaints
If you are a game publisher, trademark owner, or authorized representative and believe content on ZeroFee.gg infringes your rights or violates your policies:
Email: support@zerofee.gg
Include:
- Your company name and authority to act on behalf of the rights holder
- URLs of the specific listings or profiles on ZeroFee.gg
- Identification of the trademark, copyright, or policy violated
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
- Contact information for follow-up
We review valid notices promptly. We may remove or disable access to reported content, suspend repeat offenders, and preserve records as required by law — without admitting liability or taking sides in private user disputes.
4. DMCA / Copyright Takedowns
ZeroFee.gg respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices that meet applicable legal requirements (including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act where applicable).
- Send takedown notices to support@zerofee.gg
- Counter-notices may be submitted by affected users to the same address
- Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated
- We are not obligated to act on incomplete, abusive, or bad-faith notices

5. Platform Liability Limitation
ZeroFee.gg does not create, sell, or deliver marketplace items. We provide hosting and communication tools only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user content, publisher actions against user accounts, or losses arising from third-party IP claims related to user listings.
See also our Terms of Service (Limitation of Liability & Indemnification) and Prohibited Items.
6. Abuse of Reporting Process
Submitting false, misleading, or harassing complaints may result in rejection of the notice and potential legal action. Misuse of takedown procedures is prohibited.
