1. Our Approach

As an open P2P marketplace with no payment processing, our AML approach is minimal but effective:

• No Identity Verification: We do not collect government IDs, passports, or proof of address
• Automated Monitoring: We use algorithms to detect suspicious behavioral patterns
• User Reporting: Community reports help identify bad actors
• Account Suspension: We suspend accounts showing clear fraud patterns
• Cooperation: We cooperate with law enforcement on valid legal requests

We explicitly do NOT:

• Require government ID, passport, or driver's license
• Require proof of address or residence
• Perform facial recognition or biometric verification
• Conduct background checks or credit checks
• Verify age beyond self-reported date of birth
• Require source of funds documentation

Consequence: Because we do not verify identities, users must exercise caution and verify counterparties themselves. See our Buyer Protection guidelines.

4. Suspicious Activity Reporting

If we detect suspicious activity:

• Account may be immediately suspended pending review
• Listings may be removed
• Chat logs may be preserved for investigation
• Severe cases may be reported to relevant authorities
• User will be notified of suspension reason

Note: We do not have access to payment data, so we cannot trace financial flows. We rely on behavioral patterns and user reports.
