1. Platform Role
ZeroFee.gg is a technology platform ONLY. We:
- Provide a venue to list your gaming items
- Offer communication tools with buyers
- Display ratings and reviews (voluntary)
- Provide optional premium features
We do NOT:
- Process or handle any payments
- Act as intermediary in disputes
- Verify your identity or legal status
- Guarantee sales or buyer behavior
- Insure transactions or provide refunds
2. Payment & Transactions
You are solely responsible for payment arrangements. You choose payment methods, collect payments directly from buyers, and bear all payment risks (chargebacks, fraud, fees).
Your responsibilities:
- Choose and specify accepted payment methods in your listings
- Collect payments directly from buyers (we never touch the money)
- Pay all payment processing fees (PayPal fees, Stripe fees, etc.)
- Handle chargebacks and payment disputes with buyers directly
- Report and pay all applicable taxes on your earnings
- Comply with payment provider terms of service
3. Listing Requirements
All listings must:
- Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading
- Include clear description of what is being sold
- Specify delivery method and estimated timeframe
- Include accurate pricing in stated currency
- Comply with game publisher terms of service
- NOT violate our Prohibited Items Policy
- NOT infringe intellectual property rights
You are solely responsible for:
- Delivering items exactly as described
- Honoring your stated delivery timeframe
- Providing accurate account/item information
- Ensuring items are transferable and not banned
4. Prohibited Items (Zero Tolerance)
You may NOT sell:

- • Hacked or stolen accounts
- • Accounts obtained through fraud
- • Banned or suspended accounts
- • Accounts with chargeback history
- • Accounts sold without owner consent
Services & Tools
- • Cheats, hacks, aimbots, wallhacks
- • Malware, spyware, keyloggers
- • DDoS tools or booters
- • Real-money gambling services
- • Account cracking tools

6. Tax Obligations
You are SOLELY responsible for:
- Reporting all income from sales to tax authorities
- Paying all applicable income, sales, VAT, or other taxes
- Maintaining accurate transaction records
- Complying with tax laws in your jurisdiction
- Issuing invoices or receipts if required by law
ZeroFee.gg does NOT:
- Collect or remit taxes on your behalf
- Provide tax documents (1099, VAT invoices, etc.)
- Report your earnings to tax authorities
- Offer tax advice
7. Account Actions & Suspension
We may take action against your account for:
- Listing prohibited items
- Multiple verified fraud reports from buyers
- Attempting scams or deceptive practices
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Violating game publisher terms of service
Actions: Warning → Temporary suspension → Permanent ban. We may act immediately for severe violations. Appeals: Contact support@zerofee.gg within 14 days. Our decision is final.
8. Game Publishers & Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring listings comply with game terms of service and do not infringe trademarks or copyrights. ZeroFee.gg is not affiliated with any game company. See our IP & Game Publisher Policy. Premium status does not protect you from publisher enforcement or IP complaints.
9. Limitation of Liability
ZeroFee.gg is not liable for: any losses from P2P transactions, buyer disputes, payment fraud, chargebacks, account bans by game publishers, or any damages arising from your use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to premium fees paid in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is less.
